When he’s not busy solving plumbing puzzles, you can find him enjoying a cappuccino with just half a sugar. Dan is passionate about delivering top-notch service and making sure every job is done right!
Jess Pasfield
Owner & Business Manager
Jess is the other half of the Pasfield Plumbing duo and the mastermind behind our business operations! With a background in hospitality and the dental industry, she knows a thing or two about delivering excellent customer service. Jess is passionate about ensuring our team is happy and well taken care of because she believes that a strong team culture is everything. When she’s not busy keeping things running smoothly, you can find her enjoying a small, sweet double shot iced almond latte with caramel!
Wade

Wade is our hidden genius! Don’t let his baby face fool you, he has 15 years of plumbing experience under his belt. What he loves most about plumbing is that no two jobs are the same. He thrives on finding creative solutions to tricky situations and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. To keep his energy up throughout the day, Wade enjoys a long black coffee, no sugar needed! And don’t forget to ask him about his T-Rex arms the next time you see him; it’s a conversation starter!

Scheduling & Operations Manager
Sarah brings 23 years of administration and customer service experience to the team, with a focus on the trade sector. Her vibrant and bubbly personality shines as she connects with our customers and schedules their appointments. Sarah loves a good chat, making sure everyone feels welcome and valued. She fuels her day with plenty of long blacks, just a quarter sugar, to keep her energized and ready to tackle anything that comes her way!

Blake is our all-star plumber who brings positivity to every job with his motto: “Every day is a good day!” With over 15 years of experience, he has a passion for hot water systems and enjoys the variety that maintenance plumbing offers. Blake takes great pride in delivering quality workmanship and always leaves a clean, tidy work site, ensuring every customer is satisfied. When it comes to coffee, he prefers a flat white—no sugar, because he’s already sweet enough!
Nate
#1 Team Player
Nate is our #1 team player and a second-generation plumber with over 26 years of experience. With a skill set that covers every faucet of plumbing, he’s our self-proclaimed silver fox who’s always ready to share a laugh but knows when it’s time to get down to business. Nate enjoys every aspect of maintenance plumbing, especially getting to know our clients and providing them with excellent service. He’ll take his coffee any way you serve it, but he’s particularly fond of an Irish coffee to keep the good times rolling!
Casey
Accounts Assistant
Casey is our wonderful accounts assistant, and she’s a vital part of our team! With years of experience in administration, she loves learning new things and contributing behind the scenes. Whether she’s tying up back-of-house accounts or helping operations, Casey ensures everything runs smoothly. Her attention to detail is second to none, and she takes great pride in keeping our operations organised and efficient. And while she’s all about keeping things in order, you might be surprised to learn that she hates coffee, crazy, right!?
Eden
The Weapon Apprentice
Meet Eden, our gentle giant and an absolute standout! He began his journey with us 4 years ago as a school-based apprentice, and now he’s almost qualified! Always polite and eager to learn, Eden is like a sponge, soaking up everything there is to know about his trade. His positive attitude and commitment are sure to take him all the way to the top! We’ve affectionately nicknamed him “The Weapon” for his dedication and the way he gives 110% to every task. You can often find him enjoying a morning mocha as he gears up for the day ahead!
